Our French friends were so embarrassed by the meal that they said they wouldn't bring other friends here again. The food itself was okay, but the waiter was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The kids' menu began with foie gras, and every question about substitutions got a blank “no.” It seemed the only other options were meat and fish. He disappeared into the kitchen without saying anything, then came back grudgingly to say he'd ordered vegetables. They turned out to be asparagus, which isn't an obvious choice for young children. A bizarre experience.

The pool was superb, and we could use it whenever we wanted. Our family room was spotless and spacious, with a huge mezzanine where the children slept. It had air conditioning and a big TV. The building has lots of character, set somewhere green and peaceful. We had a great night, with excellent local food and a generous breakfast with fresh orange juice. The staff were welcoming and available. Nothing to complain about, we recommend it!

We stayed in a family room with loads of space, a very large mezzanine, and comfortable beds. The house is lovely, with several rooms, and there's a pool and a pleasant restaurant serving local specialties, or other dishes too, all very good. Prices were reasonable, with starters at €10 and main courses between €15 and €20. Breakfast was generous, and the service attentive and very friendly. It's close to Figeac, a magnificent town that's well worth visiting, in a lovely green setting. A great stop in a beautiful region.
