It's a pleasant stay, with delightful and helpful staff. The old city is close enough to reach on foot. Rooms are simple, small and adequate, and the budget price makes it worth booking well ahead. There are only a limited number of them, and even our off-season office bookings needed to be made in advance.

The staff were friendly, and the quiet outdoor terrace at the back was a nice spot to sit with a drink. It does look onto an abandoned building, though. The room was very small, the air conditioning leaked, and the bathroom had damp.

Breakfast had a good variety of local food, and the staff were friendly and helpful with advice about town. The ancient bridge, which starts the walk to the Castle, is a short walk away. The rooms were fine, although the double bed was two separate mattresses. The shower was roomy once inside, but its narrow entrance due to the hinge could be awkward for a larger person. I'd stay again if I were in the area.

It's well located, near the medieval town and the amenities in the main town. The room and bathroom were both quite small and very basic, but clean. Staff were really friendly.
