The hotel is full of history, and we were upgraded to a lovely room. We got a delightful welcome and the staff were very helpful. Parking was a bit of a problem at first, though that’s not unusual in France.

The staff were good at their jobs and friendly, and the place has a lovely quirky feel. The room had everything we needed, including welcome AC, but it was a bit worn in places and could use some love. The bathroom was very small, and my husband struggled with the space. If you’re tall or bigger, you may want to ask for a room with a larger bathroom. There’s no parking, so with all my stuff I had to park about 5 minutes away.

Rachid and the younger woman, whose name I didn’t get, were so welcoming. We stayed in the Parisian room and had breakfast too. It was a great experience from the hotel and staff, and we felt very welcome. The price was very reasonable, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Castres. Thank you, Rachid and team!

Every room has its own theme, so it was a lovely change to stay somewhere with a one off room. Ours was a decent size too. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality for the price was excellent.
