The staff found me a kettle after all, so I could make tea in my room, even though one wasn't there as advertised. The hotel itself is pleasant and I'd be happy to stay again. My room was in what seemed like an annex, the bathroom tiles were slippery, and the Wi-Fi sometimes stopped completely, which feels pretty poor for 2026.

My reservation was cancelled at check-in by the employee at the lobby counter. I believe it was because I wasn't French. That kind of behavior can't be tolerated at Accor's level.

The bed was good, though I didn't care for the pillow. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the location was great.

There's a pool and the rooms are large, with a good range of food at breakfast and a well-equipped fitness room. The staff were professional and helpful. It's right in the heart of cayenne, next to the police station, and a great place to sleep while you're there.

Stayed just one night. The room looked nothing like the website pictures and felt really dated, with rough or unfinished work. There were exposed outlets and switches, and mold in the bathroom, including clumps about 15 mm long protruding from the exhaust fan.
