Hôtel de la Poste

The village centre is worth a visit, and the hotel is in a really nice location. But the noise between rooms carried clearly, with walls and doors that seemed very thin. I don’t normally leave standard or negative feedback, but the noise and extra charges for a tiny bit of meat and cheese made me make an exception. We paid an extra 9 euros for breakfast. At the table, my wife and I each got two pieces of bread and a croissant, plus very cheap-tasting, strong coffee and a small glass of orange juice. There were three very small pots of jam or honey. In the breakfast room was a small selection of meats, ham, and cheese, so we each took one piece of meat and shared, I think, three small pieces of cheese. They were tiny. A sign mentioned something about extras. At checkout they charged us another 4 euros each for those little bits of meat and cheese. I’m glad I didn’t want any cherry jam from the big pot.
