All I needed was a bed and a shower, and the price was very reasonable.

The food was beautiful and the bed really comfy, but it’s the staff who made me want to write a review. I don’t usually do that after a work hotel stay, yet they were so quick to help and made me feel welcome. I’m grateful for everything they did. I’ll definitely come back for a holiday next time. Thank you Didier and the girls Xxx

We came back again this evening, and the food was superb with excellent service. It’s wonderful to have a restaurant of this quality in Chalabre. We’ll certainly be back. 💕💕 Our first meal on the terrace was excellent, and the new waitress handled 23 covers on her own while giving great service. We returned another evening and ate inside, and again the food and table service were wonderful. Thank you all.

We visit the Hôtel de France regularly and have never left disappointed, but this meal was especially good. My sea bass was cooked perfectly, and the other two in our group had an exceptional seafood grill.

The restaurant is the real treat at this beautiful hotel in Chalabre. We had a phenomenal traditional cassoulet and an extraordinary salad, then an île flottante that was to die for. The host, who also served as chef, gave us an incredible meal.
