Dinner in the lovely dining room was a great follow-up to an aperitif on the balcony, where the Mont Blanc and glacier views felt enchanting. The food was interesting, with layers of nuance and complexity, and the menu worked for gluten-free diners too. The restaurant was truly exceptional. Thanks to everyone for the delicious meal and great service, the whole team was friendly and knew their stuff.

The hotel sits up a hill from town, but the restaurant's wonderful food makes the climb worth it. I don't review places often, but this hidden gem deserved a mention. The room was excellent, I slept really well, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The views and location were excellent too. One of the best dining experiences I've had.

We went for Sunday lunch and got a great-value meal in a beautiful setting with lovely views. The food and service were both fantastic, and the wine and drinks list is spectacular. I even got to meet Quentin. Best restaurant in Chamonix, absolutely sensational. A real treat!

Meeting the chef at the end of the evening was a lovely extra touch. Emmanuel Renaut, the 3-star chef and owner, has entrusted the kitchen to a head chef whose cooking we thought was absolutely worthy of Michelin stars. The ravioli in mushroom and mountain herb broth was a standout, one of the best dishes we've ever had. We found the restaurant in the Michelin Guide and chose it for the last night of our honeymoon. After many excellent meals on our trip, this felt like the perfect finale. We came only for dinner, not to stay overnight. Mont Blanc looked breathtaking, the interior was beautifully decorated, and the warm, attentive service made the atmosphere feel special. Each course brought out French Alps flavors with creativity and precision. Unforgettable, and we'll definitely come back.

The room had incredible views of Mont Blanc, and the Christmas Eve tasting menu was the best meal of our honeymoon. The whole experience with the hotel, restaurant, and staff was wonderful. After we left, the staff also helped me get back items we'd forgotten there. Many thanks to Auberge du Bois Prin!
