Cycling is great in the area, and the local bar is worth a visit too. The people there are very nice. We had a wonderful stay with Martine and Jean-Michel. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We shared an evening meal at the table with our hosts, and it was superb for the price. Breakfast had lots of variety and there was plenty of it. The good conversation and convivial atmosphere left us with special memories. Martine and Jean-Michel both speak very good English, which we appreciated as two Australians with very bad French!!!!

The Marguerite room is magnificent, with tasteful decor, and the meals were a real treat. This guesthouse has a soul. We had a wonderful weekend at Marie's Attic, thanks to Martine and Jean-Michel's kindness and warm welcome. They made us feel like family, which was lovely. I highly recommend it! 😉

The Colette room was superb, tastefully decorated, comfortable, spotless, and peaceful in the small village. We spent two nights there with breakfast and two dinners through a gift voucher, and had a wonderful stay. The welcome was warm, the food delicious, the wines good, and there were homemade jams and fresh market produce. There was plenty to see nearby too, pure bliss! The dinner was the biggest surprise for us. We're rather reserved by nature, but the meal prepared entirely by Jean-Michel, with a cake Martine made ;), brought us into some truly lovely moments together. The ingredients were locally sourced. We hadn't expected a bed and breakfast at first, but ended up having a magical stay with Martine and Jean-Michel, two kind-hearted, endearing people. In just three days, they charmed us with Burgundy, and the setting was magnificent. Our Colette Room was beautiful and fully renovated, with simple but just-right decor. We'll definitely return to Burgundy and to Le Grenier de Marie!

The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything was quiet. We had a very pleasant stay with Martine and Jean-Michel and a wonderful welcome. The evening meal was fine-restaurant quality, and breakfast was very good with plenty to eat. Excellent in every way.
