Our room was clean and pretty, and the place was wonderfully quiet at night, so we slept well. Logis de la Pataudiere sits in a beautiful spot, and the staff were very friendly. There were two cute dogs around too. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but fine by French standards.

After days out, this was such a lovely, quiet place to come back to :-). We stayed three nights, and the room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed. The owner was friendly and helpful. It also works well as a base for day trips to castles like Chinon and VIllandry, or Tours. Riveau is another nice castle, about a 15-minute drive away.

The garden is beautiful, and the owners were really nice and accommodating. La Pataudiere is close to Richelieu and Champigny sure Veude, but far enough out to stay very quiet. The B&B is in the old farm buildings on the grounds of an old chateau, which is privately owned. The beds were a little uncomfortable, though that seems pretty common in much of France.

Breakfast was lovely, and the host was friendly and helpful, making sure I had what I needed. The room had lots of character, and the setting was charming. Highly recommend.

We spent a week in this peaceful little corner of paradise, and I'd absolutely love to come back. The room was spacious and clean. Every morning there was unlimited breakfast with homemade products. Such a warm, friendly welcome, and the atmosphere was relaxing and cheerful. The setting is splendid.
