The staff were really friendly, and the Ibis has a nice restaurant and a bar with a terrace. The rooms are very quiet. It’s on an industrial estate, about 2 km from the highway and 4 km from the centre of Laval.

The staff were helpful and available. It’s a great hotel close to the highway, with excellent quality for the price.

My breakdown insurance company placed me at Ibis Hotel Les Relais D'Amour, and I couldn’t be happier with the stay. My two dogs and I have been treated with every courtesy. I’ve felt very comfortable here, especially since they’re happy to top up my flask with boiling water for tea. Oh, the English and their T. Everyone’s very friendly.

The team are lovely and very welcoming, and breakfast was nice. The hotel is well located, though a little expensive for a one-night stay.

The staff were friendly, and the place wasn’t so bad overall. We had a buffet meal, but my wife has trouble with gluten and the staff didn’t know the ingredients.
