Best Western Hotel Grand Parc

There’s a nice play area for kids inside, and nearby you’ll find restaurants, a butcher, a bakery, and a shop for other needs. Disneyland is about 5 km away, roughly 10 minutes by car. Great spot for families, with a lovely hotel and very friendly, helpful staff.

The receptionists were all really friendly, and their decent English helped us a lot. We stayed four nights while visiting Disneyland, choosing this as a cheaper alternative to the official hotels. The rooms were clean, parking was free, and there’s a supermarket and boulangerie close by. Breakfast costs extra, but we thought it was worth it, even though the hot food choices were a bit limited. My family and I would stay again.

The room was a little small, but the staff more than made up for it with their friendly, helpful service. They were especially accommodating after they found out our airline had lost our luggage. My partner and I spent five nights at Best Western Grand Parc and had excellent service the whole time.

My husband and I paid an extra €50 for early check-in, plus tourist tax, and the room we got was disappointing. They put us in a disabled room, which felt absurd and strange. We also weren’t allowed to relax in the hotel’s public spaces, even though we were trying to get some time outside those tiny, horrendous rooms. I’m really disappointed and disgusted by the service and the lack of empathy for international travelers. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
