There’s black mould in the rooms, the bedding smells of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning doesn’t work in the boiling hot rooms. The road outside is incredibly loud, too. The reception staff were friendly, but confusing. They kept saying we needed to pay for the rooms even though they’d already been paid for. I’m very suspicious of the legitimacy of the five star reviews here, so don’t be fooled. It’s extremely expensive for such low quality. Avoid this place.

We found the room quiet despite being close to the road, and it was clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, and breakfast was hearty. The rooms are simple but have the essentials. It’s also well placed near the metro and tram lines. Luggage storage was well organized, and the reception staff were very friendly. Thank you!

The team were helpful and accommodating, and the beds were really comfortable. I stayed for four nights in December. The place was very clean and well equipped, even for making light meals. It’s a five-minute walk to Line 8, which made getting around Paris convenient. Excellent value for money, I strongly recommend it.

The internet connection was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and calm. There’s a supermarket nearby, plus the center has enough places to get food and drinks. Line 8 is close and connects to Lines 1 and 14, which reach most parts of Paris. There’s also a bus to Gare DU Lyon for regional trains. Good restaurants and bars are scarce around here, so plan ahead. The rooms are tiny, though that’s expected in Paris. The windows all face a very busy highway, and the noise is a real problem day and night. The building feels old and run down. Some faucets were faulty, and the shower stand didn’t work properly. Staff were nice and friendly, but there were rules and fine threats posted on every wall, as you get in aparthotels. The kitchen is bare bones: a small fridge, two burners, a microwave, and no oven. There isn’t much kitchenware, and what’s there is limited in quantity and quality. I didn’t try breakfast. In Paris, you can find a better menu on any corner. It gets the job done, but I’d give it two stars. The price at the door may be a little dear.
