The owner was very considerate when noise from drunk guests in the next room kept me awake all night. She promised to refund my money and let me sleep in another room, while my belongings stayed in my original room so I wouldn't have to carry them around at 4 a.m. I hope this was just bad luck. I could tell she cares about the place as soon as I arrived. She was tending the flowers and even pulling weeds by hand. I really appreciated her kindness. The room could have been cleaner, though. There was a clipped nail in the bathroom and cocoa powder spilled beside the bed.

The location is good. The room was basic but clean, with a bath and a decent hot shower. I also liked being able to make coffee in the room before heading out.

We had a delicious breakfast, and everyone at reception was lovely and really helpful. For the price, it's a good deal, and seems perfect if you're traveling with a dog. Thanks again. Chris & Cami

The hotel is old and didn't feel worth what I paid. The restaurant was expensive compared with La Pataterie across the road, about 20 meters away, and the food quality didn't compare. My bill for two nights charged me three breakfasts and a dinner I'd already paid for. After ten minutes of a loud discussion, they removed one breakfast and the dinner, leaving two breakfasts as they should have. Frustrating.

It's conveniently located near the exit road, and it's a good place to stay and eat. The woman who checked me in on Sunday evening was curt and not very friendly. I barely dared ask for the Wi-Fi code, which she had forgotten to give me. Maybe my irritation on the phone had something to do with it, but still.
