Les Cigales

At night it was completely quiet, with just the stars overhead. Such a relaxing atmosphere. This is a lovely chambres-d'hotes in an old mansion, set among fields in a peaceful spot. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, merci beaucoup, Pierre. The building is well maintained, the rooms clean and equipped, and breakfast was delicious, with local yogurt, jams, and fruit.

We had a good sweet breakfast with homemade jams and yogurts. The owner welcomed us warmly, and our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The large bathroom had both a bathtub and shower.

We enjoyed the included breakfast and the cleanliness. It was a pleasant stay in a charming old house, with excellent value for money.

We were lucky to have the place to ourselves that weekend, which made it perfect for a break. Our spacious “honey” room had its own bathroom, and the host was very kind and attentive. The estate dates to the 18th century, and the living room really gives you a sense of history. Breakfast was sweet, with classical music playing. The view must be magnificent during lavender season, and the nearby hikes are sublime in autumn.
