Logis Hotel Le Majestic

The room was clean and had what we needed. It was a little small, but fine for a few days, and I’d stay again. The beach is an easy walk away.

The location is right in the middle of town, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. We had three lovely nights at Hotel Majestic. Our triple room worked perfectly for me and my two sons. We got there early, and the staff gave us useful suggestions about where to go and happily kept our bags. They even let us use a room to change for the beach. It was hot and there was no air conditioning, but with the fan and big windows we never felt uncomfortable. We’ll definitely return.

We visited in August and the closest parking we could find was 1km away, so be aware that local parking is extremely limited. The beach and local amenities are in a great location.

The market on Tuesdays and Saturdays starts right outside the door, which was handy. Shops, restaurants and the beach were also close by. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable, but the fan didn’t stop it feeling very hot. Air conditioning would have helped. The staff were friendly and hospitable. When they learned my husband had mobility issues, they moved us from the third floor to the 1.5 floor. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice, and a staff member helped when we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work.
