Coin d'Aubrac Hotel, Restaurant & SPA De luxe

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, with comfortable bedding and tasteful decor that made it feel warm and elegant. The location was ideal, and the welcome and service were professional and attentive. We spent two days here and it was a wonderful find. We'll definitely come back, and I happily recommend this high-standard aparthotel.

The apartments are well cared for and look out over a river, so it's peaceful. Chef Antoine's food is a real treat, with themed menus often on offer, and the staff are incredibly friendly. In the beautiful Aubrac region, this aparthotel and restaurant is great value. Don't hesitate to stay.

The massage was fantastic, and we enjoyed the spa, especially the warm infinity pool, sauna, and steam room. Towels and bathrobes are provided. One jacuzzi was closed because of a ceiling issue, while the other was too cold. Our apartment-style room was clean, pleasant, had a balcony, and had everything we needed. Dinner was excellent, with a quiet, dimly lit atmosphere and a view into the open kitchen. We had a very nice weekend and would recommend the place. The reason we aren't giving five stars is that some things felt disorganized. In our opinion, there weren't enough staff, and the same employees seemed to be covering reception, serving, showing guests to rooms, handling the spa, and giving massages. Even so, it was still a success.

The staff gave the place a warm feel, though we were surprised to see the spa team working across so many areas, including massages, reception, the restaurant, and breakfast. The welcome was simple and efficient despite the number of arrivals that day. The aparthotel is good quality and has a lot of potential. The spa is magnificent, although two jacuzzis and the jet table weren't working. The restaurant was pleasant and the menu delicious, but dessert was a letdown.
