The only little thing I missed was a full-length mirror. There was just a small one over the bathroom sink. Otherwise, we loved our stay: the room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean. Celine and Thierry have clearly worked hard to create such high standards, and they deserve the praise. They were so welcoming, as was Gizmo the cat. The place is wonderfully quiet and serene, and breakfast in the lovely setting was generous. We enjoyed every minute.

We especially loved the outdoor pool, and breakfast was delicious and generous, served in the peaceful outdoor area. We spent three lovely nights at Le pigeonnier, tucked into idyllic countryside. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully done, and Celine and Thierry made us feel very well looked after. Their kindness made the stay special. Thank you for such warm hospitality.

If you’re there on a night when they serve dinner, book a table. Ours was delicious and better than any restaurant nearby. The room was comfortable and the setting felt luxurious, with nature all around. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and clearly take real pride in the place. Breakfast was lovely too. There’s a refreshing pool, a petanque area, and mountain bikes. Amazing, unique stay. You can follow my travels @revelintravel (insta).

The rooms were really comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Celine and her husband were wonderful hosts and couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived at Le Pigeonnier to a warm welcome, then got shown around the beautifully restored, 500-year-old farm built around a courtyard. We’ll be back!
