There were insects and cobwebs everywhere, and the place wasn't clean. There was no toilet paper either.

We ended up having to find another room because ours was filthy, with cobwebs everywhere, stained sheets, and blood on the duvet. We never saw the owner. When we reported the problem, he said we should have called at midnight so he could clean the room and change the sheets. What a joke. He then refused to refund me and offered only a third of the money if I agreed not to leave a bad review. Shameful blackmail.

That little terrace out back was adorable, and we loved having a pétanque court next door. The owners were discreet but attentive, and the apartment was lovely for a couple. For our three-day stay, though, the welcome supplies were sparse: one small bottle of water, two teas, two coffees, and a partly used roll of toilet paper.

The family was very friendly, and it was wonderfully quiet. Privacy could perhaps be a little better, but the value for money is hard to beat.

The owners gave us a warm welcome, and the place was very clean and peaceful. Great value for money, just perfect!
