B&B HOTEL Marne-la-Vallée Chelles

I felt really uncomfortable there, and the room wasn't even cleaned for us. When I arrived around 7 pm, I only wanted to look at the breakfast room, but the Indian couple there scolded me. The Indian receptionist was rude and looked at me as if I were a thief, even though I wasn't stealing anything. Was I going to steal milk? The next morning, we were sent to a separate breakfast room. I didn't know where it was, and he yelled at me and told me off again. Am I a prisoner here? I felt they were treating me in a racist way.

The staff were very cooperative, and I had a good stay. We spoke with the Hotel Manager about the need to upgrade the hotel, especially the AC, and he agreed that they are updating it.

Breakfast was decent, but the rest of the hotel was terrible. There isn't a lift, the rooms are so cramped there's barely space to walk, and there's no room service or telephone in the room. The reception staff are rude, and after 9:30 pm nobody is at reception to contact, just an emergency number. I don't know how they can call themselves a three-star hotel.

The two Indian receptionists treated us like prisoners, not customers. They yelled at us and told us off over little things. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this awful place to anyone.
