A great place to sleep in Paris.

I was there for four nights on a business trip and came away very satisfied. CASABINA in Chelles was quiet, very clean, and relaxing, just right for unwinding after a long day. The welcome was pleasant and the atmosphere warm. I'd gladly return on another trip to the area.
The best part was the welcome. Thanks so much, Sabrina, for being so kind. We'll definitely come back. It's a lovely place in a peaceful setting, with an outdoor area that's great for families.
The location worked well for us: it's fairly central, on a quiet residential street, with lots of room and secure private parking. We drove to Disneyland in about 35 minutes. For Paris, we used Uber, with each ride taking around 45 minutes and costing €35-€40. There were animals around the property for the kids to see, including an older St. Bernard, lots of rabbits, chickens, and water turtles. There's also a little playground and trampoline. The house backs onto what looks like a storage area for construction vehicles and building materials. We spent three nights in a very spacious apartment on the first floor, laid out over two levels. It was bright, with lots of windows, electric shutters, and a wide balcony looking onto the lush garden. Downstairs were the living and dining space, kitchen, a large bathroom, and one bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen had an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom had a washing machine, hairdryer, hair straightener, and toiletries. Upstairs, on the open gallery under the roof, were four more beds, two doubles and two singles. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had ample cutlery, dishes, and other essentials. The apartment was mostly clean: surfaces had been wiped, linens were clean, and there were no cobwebs. We felt comfortable. A few things were less clean, though. The oven was greasy and encrusted, there were used capsules and coffee residue in the Nespresso machine, and the apartment doors needed wiping. The house is a bit dated and could use renovation. I suspect the landlords are working on it. Some baseboards need securing, paint is chipped or peeling in places, and a few tiles are cracked or could use fresh paint. The landlady was very nice and helpful. When we came back later that evening, she readily agreed to keep the dog separate. He had barked at us the first time, which frightened our daughter a little. All in all, it was a lovely, pleasant stay at a reasonable price.
The courtyard was great for the children, with animals, slides, and more. The room was clean, and the hosts were very friendly. It's a perfect base for visiting Disneyland and then Paris without hassle. I highly recommend it.
