City Residence Chelles

I’m appalled by how the management and concierge treat residents. I’ve stopped receiving my mail, including a bank card I’ve applied for four times. I believe the receptionist who collects rent is throwing it away, though the problem isn’t with my bank. There are flies everywhere, which is unbearable. A Portuguese man without proper documentation works as concierge and is supposed to keep the building clean, but spends his time watching women go up the stairs and drinking coffee at reception. The manager, Ms. Alexandra, lets him do it because I believe they’re having an affair. He also provokes residents who pay rent. I can’t do anything because they filed a complaint against me and made up a story that I carried a weapon. I don’t want trouble with the law. Be wary of this residence. I’d like to speak to the owner if he sees this message. I think they’re behaving this way to make me leave my apartment, and they’re good at hiding their real intentions.
