The bathrooms were clean and it’s a nice place, but the tent area is just a narrow strip of grass beside the toilets and behind the Playground, with hardly any privacy. At 16€ for one night, the price feels too high for that setup. It might be alright at a lower rate, but the same full price would get you a private pitch at another Camping.
The beach is magnificent, though the sea is usually about a mile away from this location. There are good bar/restaurants nearby, along with a baker, butcher, and grocer just a couple of minutes’ walk away. It’s also well placed for drives to St Malo, Mont St Michel, and the Emerald Coast. Our pitch was generous and private, the facilities were clean and good, and the pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Thanks for a great stay.
The owner gave our kids a “shhhht” 🤫 at 22.30 when they were shouting around, and that definitely made an impression. They’ll remember it 😜👍. We had a lovely time at this good, small camping ground, where the owner clearly puts a lot of effort and energy into the business. There’s a great pool, plus a bakery and small shop within walking distance, and the beautiful beach is a five-minute walk away. Food trucks came by on two nights with snacks and fast food.
The campsite suggested a nearby restaurant right by the beach, which was a nice bonus. The site itself is simple, clean, and friendly, about 200m from the beach and only 30mins from Mt St Michel. There are around a dozen pitches and quite a lot of mobile homes.
It’s in a lovely spot, close to the village shops, bars, restaurants, and beach. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and in good condition. We were greeted in a very friendly and helpful way when we arrived. An excellent campsite, and we’d definitely stay again. Merci.
