Muriel, Richard, and their son welcomed us with open arms and looked after us so thoughtfully throughout our stay. They even made a birthday cake just for our daughter’s 10th birthday. The homemade meals were delicious, too. This is a family-run hotel with the kind of warm, genuine welcome you wish you found more often. It was perfect from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be back :)
After a long hike, this hotel was a real delight. It’s perfectly placed at the foot of Puy Mary, with spotless rooms and generous portions of food. The welcome was extraordinary.
The meals, made with all of Muriel's expertise, were delicious. Richard and Muriel greeted us warmly every day, with so much kindness and smiles, and we felt right at home in this family-run hotel. It has a magnificent view of the dormant volcanoes at the foot of Puy Mary. Whether you stay one night or ten, you’ll get the same dedicated welcome, so don’t hesitate to book.
Set in the green countryside of Cantal, the hotel is so peaceful you can hear the cows in the morning. Muriel and Richard were incredibly helpful, and dinner at the hotel is well worth it because the food is excellent. Thank you both again for a wonderful weekend!
Puy Marry is nearby and magnificent, so make time for a visit. The stay itself was great too, with a wonderful welcome from Murielle and Richard. The food was excellent in both quality and quantity, from breakfast through dinner. We had secure garage parking when we arrived on our motorcycle, plus private parking for cars. Our horse friends are welcome as well, with a meadow and stable.
