Breakfast was adequate, but that was about the only redeeming part. The walls were paper thin, so I had the worst night's sleep ever. The room was ridiculously cramped: I couldn't get out of bed without hitting the wall about 40 cm away. The bathroom was barely bigger than a broom cupboard, the shower screen let water flood the floor, and the separate toilet was awkwardly tiny. The shower gel had fallen off the wall, with the hole covered in sticky tape, and the sheet didn't fit the bed. It's cheap for a reason. Never going back.

We arrived very late and just wanted a decent shower, but didn't get one. The toilet wouldn't flush, which made things awkward in our family room. Breakfast was okay for the price, nothing more. I'd expected more from the Accor group. Our next stop was with a B&B hotel group, and for the same price it was much better.

We slept well: the bed was comfortable, and the clean shower had hot water. The basic rooms were tidy and had what we needed. The receptionist was efficient and helpful, and I liked the exercises displayed on the stairs, a nice way to stay active. The hotel was easy to find coming from the south of France, and getting back onto the motorway the next day was simple.

We stayed one night while passing through France, and it was good value. The room was small but had what we needed, with a nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. There were lots of cigarette burns in the vinyl floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
