ibis budget Clermont-Ferrand Le Brézet Aéroport

The room lights were broken and we couldn’t switch them off. We were told there’d be no refund for the breakfast we’d bought separately, and that we were just unlucky. Nobody offered a solution. The service wasn’t okay, so next time I’ll choose an F1 hotel.

The room was clean, breakfast tasted good, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I also noticed that some rooms are specially equipped for guests with disabilities, with things like grab bars and chairs. Well done.

The rooms are fine for getting a night's sleep, though there isn’t much to them. They were basic and clean, and had plugs for charging all the things we carry around these days. We stopped here during an 11-hour drive. The receptionist was very friendly, but her English was limited, so I was charged for breakfast even though I hadn’t booked it. They fixed the mistake quickly, so it worked out. The area around the hotel is industrial, but there are restaurants nearby if you need a meal.

Right off the highway, so it worked perfectly for us. The beds were nice, and the shower was comfortable, with a nicely designed cabin. Breakfast was great, and there’s an amazing pizzeria across the road. They also have a little library at the desk. We read "je vais," which has a nice clou in the end.
