A welcoming, nice hotel.

Meh. The staff were polite, but didn't seem very sharp or ready to understand. The rooms are really small, with no real facilities apart from a hairdryer. There was lots of traffic noise, and the view of the cemetery was awful.

The rooms are small, but the staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice in the morning. The tram isn't far away, so it's easy to get into the city centre. I'd definitely recommend it for a short stay :-)

The staff were lovely to us, and the bedrooms were big enough for a few days' stay. The beds were the only thing I found uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and cheap. It's a very good hotel!

The dirtiest hotel ever, and the people working there were just as terrible!!!
