The two apartments we stayed in were both spacious, clean, well equipped and furnished in their own practical way. One was on the third floor, the other on the second, and the second-floor place had a lovely balcony. My husband and I came back to stay again when we returned to Clermont Ferrand two weeks after our first visit, because we’d enjoyed it so much. It’s a quiet spot about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. We could check ourselves in and out easily, and got clear instructions plus plenty of useful tips for our stay. Pets are accepted, and public parking nearby was easy to find and affordable. We had a great experience and I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money!

The place is pleasant, tastefully decorated and well equipped, and the location is ideal. Parking is easy to find but paid, so using the app on your phone is probably best. The bed may not suit every body type, which is a shame. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably from a plumbing problem.

The apartment was affordable for a one-night stay, and the location was great. They sent useful information by email and SMS. The bed was the one letdown. The area wasn’t very nice, and the building looked run-down too.

I really wouldn’t rent this apartment. There’s a sewer smell inside, it’s dated, and the street noise makes it hard to sleep.

We had a perfect romantic break here. The accommodation was roomy and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore Clermont-Ferrand on foot. We highly recommend it!
