One star at most. The Radisson’s four-star rating isn’t justified. The rooms are old, very small, and have old carpet. The water is nice and soft, but the shower head is awful. The elevator moves very slowly and stops so sharply it feels like it might fall. Parking is narrow, with few spaces, and you can’t book ahead. Breakfast is poor and only available until 10 a.m.

6/10
The rooms are small, and the safe had a problem that was never sorted out. For what you pay, the value is unacceptable. It’s also unacceptable to leave a young person alone in the evening without supervision. Breakfast was meager for a four-star hotel, and the table arrangement wasn’t great either. I was very unhappy with the stay.

We chose this hotel as a Christmas gift for a couple’s stay, but were really disappointed. The advertised “relaxation area” turned out to mean massages only, at €180 for one hour, which is outrageous. The gym was tiny, and with no restaurant, finding food was difficult. Breakfast was pricey for what was offered and didn’t look appetizing. Getting to the bar took ages, and then we waited 15 minutes. I’d hoped for a relaxing romantic weekend, but the whole thing was a disaster. Very disappointing, and I won’t return.

The junior suite was spotless, nicely laid out, and decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the parking was easy to access, with remote opening through the intercom. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, though I would have liked more organic products. The waitstaff were excellent, and thanks for the pastries! We arrived around 8 pm on December 25th, and the receptionist was fantastic. There was a small booking issue, but she took the time to fix it right away. The welcome was warm, friendly, and professional. At checkout on the 26th, the receptionist was pleasant and smiling. Everything was perfect, and we’ll be back.
