The breakfast was great, and Sophie was a superb host. We arrived on a day when the whole village was on holiday, though, so the bar, shop, and restaurant were all closed. It’s a lovely place in a gorgeous setting. The pillows weren’t great and there’s no air conditioning, which kept it from being five stars for me.

We couldn’t have asked for more from Douceur de vigne maison d'hotes. The owners, pool, rooms, location, and view were all amazing. We were completely satisfied!

The garden is full of different plants and very well cared for, as are the pool, deckchairs, and outdoor furniture. From the shared room, the view across the garden to the vineyards is breathtaking. Our room was comfortable and full of lovely details. Breakfast was exceptional, with fresh homemade food, good bakery bread, and seasonal fruit salad. There weren’t any savory options. The welcome was impeccable but discreet, which made us comfortable. Great value for money. Come and see this wonderful place for yourself.
