Clichy - Modern Flat Near Paris

I had a wonderful birthday weekend in Paris and can’t wait to come back. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful with everything. A special thank you to the lovely woman who checked me in, she was a real professional, so friendly, and made the stay perfect. Hotel YAC Paris Clichy is very clean, beautiful, and pleasing to look at, with spacious, well-equipped rooms. It isn’t right in the centre, but it’s in a very good, well-connected location. I also appreciated that it was quieter. I’d absolutely recommend staying here next time you’re in Paris.

The thing we’ll remember most about our stay at YAC Radisson Clichy is how warm and attentive the staff were. The hotel has the amenities you’d expect from a good 4 star property, though our room had no real closet space. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere. On the night of the 10th, we returned from an event around 11:30 PM, after the kitchen had closed. We were hungry and asked about food, and Etienne at the front desk went out of his way to make us pizza and have it delivered to the room. That care so late at night meant a lot. Laure was a delight, always smiling, proactive, and ready to help with big or small things. She even printed my VAT form when I didn’t know where to do it. When we arrived, the other staff were just as kind and helped with our luggage while we were tired and overwhelmed by all our bags. Jinal deserves a special mention too. We accidentally left a brand new bag behind and only noticed once we’d reached the airport. She coordinated with the Uber driver to get it back to us in time, then followed up afterward. That level of follow-through was rare and much appreciated. We originally booked through Marathon Tours & Travels, so finding this hotel felt like serendipity. We’ll absolutely choose to stay here again on future trips to Paris. Highly recommend it if you value genuine hospitality!

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and lovely, and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There’s a metro station and bus options nearby, as well as a supermarket and bakeries. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was okay. The staff tried to help, but unfortunately the hotel was really cold. My husband went to reception three times about room 210, which wouldn’t go above 18-20 degrees while it was below zero outside. It seemed there was some kind of energy-saving mechanism, and they couldn’t do anything about it. They couldn’t provide portable heaters either, even though those are common in other hotels. We eventually moved to room 022, but it had the same problem. The only way to stay in the room was with a sweater, double socks, and under the blanket. Staff did what they could, but they couldn’t fix it. The phone in the room also didn’t work, so we couldn’t call reception.
