The host was friendly, and the apartment is modern and nice, with a great location and good amenities. Having a full kitchen was perfect. The AC struggled with the record heat, though that's common for the region.

I can't comment on the accommodation itself, only the hosts. We had a really bad experience when Covid 19 rules changed overnight and we had to cancel our trip. They persuaded us to cancel the reservation so they could rent the place to someone else, saying we'd get a refund if they succeeded. It seems the place was rented, so they got paid twice, but now they're ignoring all our messages about the refund. They went back on their word and seemed concerned only with their own profit.

It's quiet and relaxing despite being right in the center of Colmar. The cottage is charming, well looked after, and impeccably clean, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was also friendly and available.

We'd love to come back. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and central, so it was easy to explore Colmar on foot. Marielle was friendly and quick to reply, with lots of useful tips on restaurants, sights, and parking.
