Aparthotel Adagio Access Colombes La Défense

The staff were kind and helpful, and the room felt great, with a nice kitchenette. Parking was good too, although it wasn't free. I felt at ease there.

The cleaning was poor, and for our two-week stay we were offered just one cleaning. When the elevator broke on our departure day, we had to carry our luggage down from the 8th floor. The main reason for my one-star rating, though, was the rude person at reception. He refused to offer any solution and kept us waiting an hour until another staff member came and sorted it out in less than a minute. He was arrogant and dismissive, wouldn't speak to us properly, and seemed to be doing it on purpose. The other staff were nice. There are much better options nearby, and this place is cheap for a reason.

The staff were very pleasant, and everything else was okay. But during the heat wave, my room had no usable air conditioning. I couldn't tell if it was broken or simply not there. A very noisy fan didn't help, and the window opened only about 2 centimeters. The hotel says that restriction is to prevent suicide, but it also meant we couldn't get fresh air into the room.

Breakfast didn't have much choice. We stayed only a few nights, and room service wasn't available unless you stayed seven days, for some silly reason. The towels stayed dirty, the bedding was dirty and stained, and the bathroom had a disgusting smell the whole time. Nothing smelled clean or pleasant, and the towels were filthy. Three stars, I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♀️
