We were a group of nine young people, and the hosts welcomed us so warmly. There was plenty of space for all our tents, and the bathroom facilities were decent. A cozy, peaceful campsite with a really welcoming hostess. I’d recommend it.

The campsite is very quiet and felt almost deserted, so there isn’t much to do. My son and I left after a few days for that reason. We both wished there’d been even a small pool to cool off in and maybe meet other guests. If you want peace and quiet, though, it’s a perfect spot. The setting is lovely, with lots of great day trips nearby and the Côte d'Azur close by. Our cottage was a bit dated, but had everything we needed. The mosquitoes around it were the one real nuisance. What really stood out was the welcome. The owners are kind, helpful, and willing to assist with anything. It felt like coming home.

Just 1.5km on foot from the old village of Contes, this peaceful, natural campsite is a lovely little hideaway. It has a comfortable level of service and suits vans, campers, and cyclists passing through.

We spent five sunny days here, my best friend and I, and really enjoyed the large shady pitches, the greenery, and the lovely view. The campsite felt authentic and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Thanks for looking after us so well. We’d love to return.
