The receptionist from India was especially welcoming, calm and helpful. We got in around 19:30, found the hotel easily and had plenty of parking. The place looked tidy, and the lounge's bright colors were lovely. There's a 2-euro city tax per room, which seemed perfectly reasonable. Since there's breakfast but no dinner service, the receptionist suggested the buffet at Au Pavillon des Délices, and it was an excellent tip. Room 124 was compact but had what we needed. The heating stayed on all night and kept us warm, even with the window open for fresh air. The shower water was nice and hot. The downsides were upkeep: the room had a strong smell, like old pipes mixed with cleaning products, and the shower curtain was quite dirty and needs a deep clean or replacing. We didn't try breakfast, though the setup looked nice. It was a good stay with fantastic service, and better bathroom cleaning would make it a five-star experience.

A handy spot before or after the Eurotunnel, with good parking that's accessible at any hour using the gate code they provide. The rooms were fine, the place was warm, and the soundproofing was good.

We booked at the last minute for the night before an early ferry because the campsite we'd planned to use was closed. A really good budget hotel, with a lovely welcome, a nice bar and a spotless room. The restaurant next door gives guests a discount. Some of the negative reviews are silly. For the price, this place is absolute class. Book it.

The bar had a good range of draught beer, and for the price I'd say this is a great choice. We had a family room made up of two compact rooms linked by a door, one double and one twin, with good beds. It's close to the channel tunnel, designer outlet stores and some nearby restaurants. A good find.

A decent budget stay in a handy spot for the Eurostar. The rooms are quite small and basic, but fine for one night. Best part was the good range of juices at breakfast.
