A practical place to sleep comfortably and have breakfast without spending a lot. The location is great, and the rooms are clean with the basics. If you want to spend several hours in your room or have lots of breakfast choices, you may want another hotel.

I loved this place. The hotel felt very safe, the staff were lovely, and I had a view of the Eiffel tower from my room. Good location too. Would recommend!

I booked two nights through booking.com with the “pay at property” option, then paid online after the property requested it 24 hours before check-in. But when I arrived at 10:30 pm, I was told there was a new rule requiring a €150 guarantee deposit, payable only with a physical credit card and PIN. The booking confirmation mentioned needing a card but didn’t say it had to be a physical card with PIN access, with no tapping. I was visiting Paris from Amsterdam for two days and had no physical card with me. Apple Wallet and cash had worked for me all over the world. Staff tried to contact the manager, but said the manager didn’t work weekends and they might see about a refund on Monday. They said my payment hadn’t reached them from booking.com yet, while booking.com said it could refund me only if the property agreed. I had to find another hotel late that night, and the next place checked me in within five minutes without this issue. By Monday afternoon I still had no refund. I hadn’t cancelled or failed to show up. I was refused check-in, yet had been charged for both nights. The hotel apologized in its reply, but the money still hadn’t come back, and I felt I should have been refunded for the room fare. The hotel did return the fare a week later, thank you for that. But the payment options should be more flexible, or the accepted method should be clearly stated during booking. This was my worst experience after travelling all over North America, Europe, and East Asia. It felt like a scam, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.

The room was decent for a night, though my pillow was very bad and the dining room wasn’t especially cosy. Breakfast was tasty and had a good choice, and the service was very good, though we didn’t need anything special. Some rooms have a great view of the Eiffel tower.
