The bed was comfortable, but there wasn’t much else to like. The room felt small and crowded, with only disposable cups, and they refused to give us glasses. We found hair in the washroom, which was moldy. Requests were handled very slowly: it took two days to get facial tissue replaced in our room. Breakfast wasn’t appetizing, and the menu was the same every day.

I love this hotel and was so pleased with the hospitality. The receptionist Vannnesa was kind and helped me a lot at check-in. We could leave our luggage, and check-out was at a nice late time, 12. Special thanks to Vannesa for contacting the restaurant to ask them to keep my umbrella, which I’d left behind at the restaurant anna paris. I’ll stay here next time I visit paris.

The service at the front desk and restaurant was really good. The rooms are nicely decorated, a good size, and the hotel also has a gym and a rooftop with a lovely view of the Tour Eiffel. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of local products and a real taste of France. I highly recommend the hotel.

A terrible experience. The elevator got stuck on floor 2 because it wouldn’t close properly, which was frightening. Its doors slammed shut every time, and I found that very dangerous and showed zero regard for safety. The place also wasn’t kid friendly. The air conditioning and heating were broken, the breakfast lounge was messy, and the food tasted bad. Service was poor, with very rude staff. The room phones were just decoration and didn’t work. Don’t stay here unless you like bad hotels.
