White 1921 Courchevel

The ski service guys are real pros, and the staff are friendly. We did have a small issue with the hotel, but they sorted it quickly and sent over a bottle of champagne 🍾 to apologize. Nice gesture. Great location too. A good 4+ overall.

Melissa was so lovely and ready to help whenever I needed anything. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel, 5/5.

White 1921 Hotel had one clear plus for us, its location. The rest of the stay was a letdown, 2/10 at best. Our room felt dated and extremely cramped, and cleanliness was poor. There was even food left in the fridge from the previous guests. We'd emailed three weeks before arriving with detailed requests for restaurant bookings and ski classes, including dates and times. The hotel assured us it would all be handled. When we got there, nothing had been reserved except the ski classes, and those were booked for completely different times from the ones we'd asked for. We'd also made our New Year’s Eve requests well ahead of time and had high expectations. That ended up disappointing too, leaving us underwhelmed on what should have been a special occasion. With LVMH group's reputation, we expected much better service and standards. This stay fell well short.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delightful, and the ski service was impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at reception too, and every part of the stay exceeded my expectations. The team made everything feel easy and enjoyable. The remarkable manager's dedication showed in all the details. As winter enthusiasts, we especially appreciated the ski service team's help. My thanks and best wishes to everyone on staff for a fantastic winter season. I can't wait to come back to White 1921 Courchevel.
