The lobby, bar, and restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the coffee was good. The location was ideal for my work visit, or at least about as close as you could get. For a business trip, the room was okay, but at the price I expected more comfort. It was too hot, and I couldn't control the AC. The room felt dated, especially the bathroom. Chromecast on the TV didn't work, and the shower over the bath with a curtain felt a bit cheap and cramped. I'm not the smallest person, though 😅

Sandra was lovely. She answered all our questions and always had great suggestions for evenings out. I had a wonderful stay, and if I come back to Paris, I'd definitely stay at this magnificent hotel again.

Dinner never gets dull, thanks to the changing menu, and the food is always delicious. Bastien & Maxime are consistently great in the restaurant, chatting with the business travellers and being a friendly face from one week to the next.

The restaurant is basic but okay. There aren't many other options in the area, so this is probably the best one available. It's an okay hotel, but the front desk service is terrible, with staff usually having a bad attitude. The rooms are very small, and expect to have quite a few mosquitoes on your way.

The food was good and the room was okay. The problem was the room tax: I paid it when I arrived, but they chased me for payment again.
