The gites are finished to a really high standard, and the views over the hills are spectacular. Di took us around the grounds and shared some of the château's history. We were lucky enough to be invited by neighbours while we were staying in France, and the place was simply stunning, with five-star facilities.

The gardens are beautifully kept, and the clear pool is a good size. We had a very memorable week and felt welcome throughout. In July, the Tour de France passed through Faux, and for Bastille Day the owners invited residents to a barbecue and fireworks with their friends and family in the gazebo area. It was a lovely gesture and a fun evening. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. The owners are friendly and efficient, and Faux is close enough to walk to for its good restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.

Carl and Tiffany made us feel very welcome. The Château is lovely, and the social distancing here made us feel safe during our stay. We’d love to come back.

Carl and Tiffany were gracious hosts, and the rest of the staff were wonderful. We stayed for a week in one of the gites, and it was fantastic, just as beautiful as the pictures.

We found a real gem in the Dordogne. The setting is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the hosts added some lovely extra touches along the way. It was so relaxing, and we’ll definitely be back.
