When I arrived at 10pm, the room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait. Once I got in, it was still uncleaned, and the bed hadn’t been used. It was obvious the room had been used and not properly made up. I went back to the front desk to ask for another room, and the staff member said, “I know the room is not OK. I just wonder if you are gonna take it.” Ridiculous and unprofessional. Stay away if you want a clean room.

The rooms are tiny, it’s far from the center, and the staff are rude. The facilities advertised aren’t included, and using the sauna costs 68 EUROS PER HOUR. It’s definitely cheaper to go to a proper sauna place in town. Don’t be fooled, pick any alternative. Avoid at all costs, this hotel is a total scam.

It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, though you can take a bus too. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were really nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were nice as well. Breakfast had good variety and quality products. I also played pool and pinball, which were fun, though the pool table wasn’t the greatest.

Getting there was easy by bus from Annecy Gare Quay Nord to Espace Vallon, then just a few minutes on foot. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, with a comfy bed and shower room. Breakfast was good both mornings, with plenty of choice: continental items, scrambled eggs, bacon, frankfurters, and delicious pastries. I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The room rates are very competitive, and I had a lovely stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was tiny. The bed was small, maybe full-size, and the nightstands were little, cheap-looking wooden pieces that seemed handmade. You can see them in the picture. There was also a small refrigerator, but it wasn’t plugged in and there was nowhere to plug it in.
