The hotel said it was going on holiday, and that was the only information I got. Nobody spoke English when I tried to reach them. My room reservation had been cancelled two days before the trip, so I had to look for another hotel right before my vacation. I wouldn't recommend it.
The restaurant was a real highlight: the food was prepared and cooked very well, the view outside was charming, and the staff were kind and helpful. I stayed for three nights in a room with a king-size bed, desk, and chair. The closet was very basic, and the lighting wasn't enough, especially with the windows and shield closed.
The service was friendly and good, and there’s a pool across the street. The room, though, was small, dark, and, sorry, not clean. It’s a hotel at the end of the world, with a restaurant 50m down the road. The price was fair, but I couldn’t make it work for more than one night.
We had a happy two-night stay. If you're after somewhere absolutely quiet and calm for the night, I can honestly recommend this place.
The remote setting is nice, though the restaurant is closed in winter.
