Hotel Crillon Le Brave

The staff were attentive and professional, taking care of details and making us feel welcome. The hotel sits peacefully among the stone buildings of a small village, with exceptional views over the surrounding hills and Mont Ventoux. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, retaining an authentic Provençal feel. The spaces throughout were refined and relaxing. A lovely place to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and take in the charm of Provence.

The hilltop views, peaceful pool, pleasant staff, and dinner at the restaurant with its panoramic outlook were the highlights. Hotel Crillon Le Brave is a beautiful, distinctive place, and we made a point of visiting while in Provence. Food choices nearby are limited, so the hotel could offer more dining options and make them less rigid. We had a frustrating mix-up at breakfast: we ordered a cappuccino, one omelet, and a croissant through room service, then were charged for two full buffet breakfasts, 70 Euros. The staff were nice, but hotel rules left them unable to be flexible or explain the charge clearly beforehand. We'd still recommend it for a quiet, relaxed stay in Provence.

La Table du Ventoux has a panoramic terrace, fresh ingredients, tasty food, and attentive service. The flies were annoying, though, and I hope the hotel sorts that out soon. Our room, number 16, was spacious, with a comfortable bed and Diptyque products. The rustic character paired nicely with modern comfort, and the staff were attentive throughout, from the warm welcome at check-in to the valet and restaurant service. I had a great stay at this five-star hotel in the heart of Provence.

The staff were wonderful, and we were so touched by the thoughtful details, from the champagne for our honeymoon to the heavenly diptique soaps. It’s a unique, beautiful hotel woven right into the village, which made the experience feel genuine. We’ll absolutely return and would recommend it to anyone.
