We asked for a crib for our 2-year-old, but arrived to find the sofa bed opened instead. In an already tiny 1-bedroom apartment, that left us with hardly any room to move. There wasn't even a table or chairs to eat at, though the website consistently shows one. The pictures make the place look bigger and better equipped than it really is. There were basic upkeep problems too: the sink was clogged, the dishes were dirty, a 1-bedroom unit listed for four had only two glasses, and without a spatula the frying pan was in terrible shape. Outside noise came straight through, with almost no soundproofing. We booked for two adults and our child, and wouldn't recommend this place. There are plenty of other options nearby.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were pleasant. The confusion came with breakfast: the receptionist said the day before that we didn't need to book, then apologized the next morning and said we should have reserved it. She also charged us for four breakfasts, even though children under 16 eat free. Our children are 2 and 10. She needs more training.

The apartment description doesn't match what we found, especially since apartments had bathtubs only on the 8th floor. Ours also had no air conditioning, stained carpet, dirty windows, and food left behind. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

No chance of sleeping in on a weekend, since breakfast starts at 9:30 am. The hotel is extremely noisy too. Meh, meh, meh...
