Zenao Appart'hôtels Villeneuve d'Ascq

The place itself was quite nice, but a party carried on until midnight and was far too loud. You could hear it everywhere. A terrible experience.

The neighborhood was peaceful, with amenities and the metro nearby, and the secure parking worked perfectly. Our bright apartment was spacious, spotless, well equipped, and had a lovely terrace. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but covering the shower drain with a disinfectant wipe after each shower stopped it from returning. The staff welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. We'd definitely come back.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and ready to answer questions. We stayed in a bright, airy one-bedroom apartment at a reasonable price. The modern building was attractive and pleasant to move around in. It's away from the city center, though being near the metro made that fine. Arriving late meant we got a little less information, so a help sheet would be useful.

I slept better than I ever have in a hotel, the bed was so comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, and the whole residence felt wonderfully peaceful. The area is quiet and pleasant; there can be a little evening noise from the bar at the market, but closing the windows blocked it out. The ladies on staff were so welcoming and kind. The price felt more than fair for the quality. I'd happily stay again! 😌
