The reception staff were fairly helpful, but our room was poor value. We stayed in one of the 'Garden Rooms' beyond the pool. For those from the UK, it brought '1980s Butlins' to mind, a dated, low budget holiday park. Our car had broken down, so we had little choice at short notice. Given a choice, we wouldn't stay there again. For the second night we moved to the Marie Hotel in town. It was much cheaper and, though still a bit dated, a bit nicer in our opinion.

The room smelled of urine, and dinner was a complete disaster. We couldn't even finish it, and the dessert was just dry bread with vodka, as shown in the picture. The reception worker was rude and unfriendly, someone stole our hats, and we were charged twice for dinner. The worst hotel I've ever been to.

The place needs renovation. It was +35 outside and my room had no air-conditioning. At reception, they seemed amused that I couldn't sleep. The WiFi signal in the room was so poor there was no internet, the floor was dirty, and the mattress was definitely older than me. The owner's dog jumped on my 4 years old daughter while my kids were playing, leaving her shaking and screaming in tears. Good thing I was beside her. Do not recommend, never coming back.

Villa b'Emma was perfect for us. The house is very well arranged, the kitchen is well equipped, and the barbecue option is included. We'd be very happy to come back.

The pool was great, but the service was bad. Loud Motown music played from 7am till 10 pm, and there was no lounge since that room is used for breakfast.
