The key box was used for check-in. The cottage for two matched its description and was clean, well equipped, with good quality bedding. The kitchen and bathroom were adequate. We arrived at night and found it hard to shop for food in Cucugnan, so we ended up eating at a restaurant, which was expensive. Plan your shopping ahead. Some outdoor lighting for nighttime and a doormat would help.
After a day walking the Cathar Trail, that good shower was just what we needed. The room was ideal for two hikers, well equipped and laid out, and in a great spot. We recommend it.
The region is gorgeous, and the cottage itself was as described and had what we needed. A hearty breakfast is available. The hosts make wine and leave a bottle for you when you arrive, a lovely touch. I recommend it!
