The garden has a pool and games, and breakfast is lovely. We’ve stayed twice with our kids and dogs, and the welcome was warm both times. Nothing seemed to be a problem. After our last visit we left some clothes and a wallet behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging delivery back to us. Thank you!

The hotel was okay, though the room furnishings looked a little worn. The Wi-Fi came and went, and one early morning it was down for 30 minutes. The local Superchargers are very good. The Destination Charger is useful too if you arrive with a low SOC.

The restaurant onsite was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, getting me ready for another day of driving home. The hotel’s location near the motorway was a welcome surprise.

This is the most dog friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ll be back regularly. B&B Hotel Lyon Nord is excellently placed on the north side of Lyon. Leire greeted us with a smile and was so friendly and helpful. My French is embarrassingly bad, but her English was brilliant, and she did everything she could to make us comfortable. We had to leave at 5am, so she kindly arranged fresh coffee, pastries, juice and fruit for us to pick up at checkout. The onsite bar has some lovely drinks, and having Tesla Superchargers in the car park was very convenient. Special thanks to Leire and the gentleman whose name I didn’t catch, who had everything ready when we left. Thank you!

LouLou was a very friendly bartender, greeted us nicely and gave great service. A lot of high end hotels could learn from him.
