The hotel is in terrible disrepair, and we were told on arrival that it would soon be demolished. Apparently no money is going into maintenance or renovations. At 4:00 AM, we had to change the duvet, fitted sheet and pillows because the bedding was infested with ants. Vincent and his colleague were incredibly attentive and helped us right away. We sincerely thank them.

We spent one night here while returning from Spain. There was no heating, the shower only ran cold, and its hose had a hole. The room was a complete disaster, with cleanliness as poor as the rundown state of the place. The kitchen was closed, and breakfast was just okay. Avoid at all costs.

Management apologized, but entering my room with my keycard while I was naked is completely unacceptable and should never happen. There was no meal service, and the room was outdated.

The residence is in truly appalling condition, and the air conditioning/heating was incredibly noisy 😈😈😈. They offered no compensation at all. At over €100 per night, it felt like highway robbery. Avoid at all costs.

I was very, very disappointed. The TV didn’t work, so they moved us to another room, but it wasn’t any better. The pillows were moldy and the room smelled awful. Breakfast was day-old pastries.
