We felt welcome straight away, the two gentlemen who own the place are genuinely lovely and friendly. The stay was very good value, though the room facing the road got noisy at night and the bed felt a little small. The bathroom was fine. We chose half board, but the fixed menu was disappointing, so the à la carte might have suited us better.

The food was fantastic, and the rooms were comfortable. They were so accommodating with us and our baby, who loved trying the gazpacho and foie gras. We got a really warm welcome, and would happily recommend staying here whether you're passing through or not.

We stayed two nights with our 7 month old, and the owner did everything to make us comfortable. Dinner was great value at 19€ for two courses, and I recommend the rumpsteak. The room was clean and the shower worked well. The bed was the one drawback: at 1.85m, our feet stuck out past the end.

For a small dinner, and with 4.4 stars, we expected better. We saw and heard that most of the food was microwaved, which was very disappointing, especially at that price. You can get a much better dinner in Sologne.

We had dinner here with friends and loved it. The place has a wonderful atmosphere, with elegant furnishings and decor, and the meals were delicious. There were lots of traditional French choices. Thanks for a lovely evening.
