Appartement Le Louvre

The owners were really pleasant and helpful, and we had a very enjoyable stay. It's a quiet, pleasant building, and the apartment is well maintained and equipped with what you need for everyday comfort. There's a small garden where you can get some fresh air and relax, plus parking, which is a real bonus in the city center. One small suggestion about the parking: plastic blocks might be less jarring to maneuver around than the concrete ones, especially for less experienced drivers.

I live in the building and have visited this apartment. It's well located, pleasant, nicely decorated, and well equipped, with a parking space and a small but adequate garden. It's rented out so often that our only regret is we can never book it ourselves when our children visit. The very high occupancy might explain why some short-term guests have expressed reservations. We don't think the building is outdated, despite some opinions to that effect. It's well maintained, and the condominium association is vigilant and responsive. We've lived here every day for three years and have no complaints about the soundproofing, though perhaps the ground floor is noisier.

A comfortable, excellent apartment in a great spot, with convenient private parking. It's on the ground floor, and dogs are welcome.

The lady's home was exactly as described. Perfect.
